If your wine is professionally delivered, upon receipt (whether it be individual bottles or cases), it will be checked for breakage by our manager then placed either in your locker or the cave as requested. Any associated delivery tickets will be left in your locker.

  3. PICK UP AND AVAILABILITY OF YOUR WINE: Upon appointment, your wine is available either personally or by an agent of your choice providing written notification is provided in advance.

  4. DELIVERY OF YOUR WINE: We offer several delivery options; rates vary according to timing and location. Please check with management for additional information.

  5. TASTING LOUNGE: Use of the lounge (subject to availability) is open to all members. Elegantly designed with comfortable seating and a 50 inch flat screen television, you can use it for your meetings, to enjoy one of your bottles from your collection with friends and members, or just relax and have a quiet conversation.
  6. Adhering to the following simple rules will insure that all members enjoy use of our Lounge:

    a. You may reserve the room in advance for your own private function which will require a rental fee to be determined based on the number of guests and hours requested. Please check our EVENTS CALENDAR to see when the room is available. Most special events listed on the calendar will be offered to all members and if a reservation is required will be marked accordingly.

    b. The Wine Vault Manager will make sure you and your guests have everything required to serve yourself. The Manager will see to it that you have the necessary glassware and decanters.

    c. It is a house rule that only members may bring bottles from the locker area into the Tasting Lounge. Due to insurance reasons, Wine Vault personnel are prohibited from serving you in the lounge.

    d. We do not prepare any food at The Wine Vault nor may you bring in any. We have a menu of select items from local merchants available for you to order. Advance notice is preferred but we will be happy to place your order as requested.

    e. No smoking is allowed at any time at The Wine Vault.

    f. Wine opened on the premises can not be taken outside the facility.

    g. The Wine Vault reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to ask any member or guest to leave the facility that they believe to be intoxicated or disrespectful to others. No member or guest will be admitted to the premises if they appear to be intoxicated upon arrival.

  7. REMOVAL OF BOTTLES FROM YOUR LOCKER: Every member wanting to retrieve any of their wine on their own will have to sign in at the Concierge desk, show a picture ID, present their locker/membership number and wait until The Wine Vault personnel allows them into the locker area.
  8. Upon leaving the locker area, the member must present all bottles removed to the Concierge for adjustments to their inventory on file. Any member not following this procedure will not be covered by the insurance policies we have in place to protect your wine from theft or breakage.

  9. THE CAVE (CASE STORAGE): We have provided our locker renters the option to utilize our “cave” for additional case storage as needed . This is a secured area within our site and only Wine Vault personnel may enter the cave. This option is only for unopened cases; partial cases should be placed into the member’s locker.
